			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Like any iPhone user, I&#8217;ve installed a heck of a lot of app store apps. Trouble is a lot of them are totally useless, while some I use all the time.</p>
<p>So I&#8217;ve decided to start using this procedure: any time I use an app, I bump it up one place in the menu. Hopefully the apps I use the most will rise to the top, and the rubbish sink to the bottom.</p>
<p>Anyone have any other suggestions for strategies?</p>
